We offer a 10% referral commission on all confirmed bookings you introduce. A rate card and booking reference sheet are available on request.

Will I share the tuk-tuk with strangers?
Every booking is exclusive private hire of the full tuk-tuk. You will never share with people you don't know.
What happens if it rains?
Cape Town's summer months (October-March) are warm and dry. On the rare occasion of bad weather we'll contact you in advance to reschedule at no charge. We don't operate in unsafe conditions.
Where do you pick me up?
We offer hotel or apartment pickup anywhere on the Atlantic Seaboard - Sea Point, Green Point, Clifton, Camps Bay, or the V&A Waterfront. Confirm your pickup address when you book.
How do I pay?
Payment is made on the day via Yoco card machine. All major cards accepted. No cash required and no deposit needed to secure your booking.
Can I play my own music?
Yes. The tuk-tuk has a Bluetooth speaker system. Tell us your Spotify playlist when you book and your driver will have it loaded and ready before pickup.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least 48 hours ahead, especially for weekend and sunset slots in October-March which fill quickly. Same-day bookings are sometimes available - WhatsApp us to check.
Can I extend the ride on the day?
Yes, subject to availability. If your driver has no booking immediately after yours, you can extend by the hour at the standard vehicle rate.
Are children allowed?
Yes, children are welcome accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please mention when booking so we can ensure appropriate seating.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We operate with all required passenger transport licences, a valid PDP, and full commercial insurance. Our drivers are vetted Cape Town locals.
